Sampling Of My Scatterbrained Cranium

Sometimes my brain will just spew forth random unconnected thoughts all day. Like I have 24 hour ADD. It's really quite annoying because I am so unfocused and don't get stuff done like I should. I don't pay attention to people and activities that I know I should. And the harder I try to focus, the more unfocused I become. Luckily it doesn't happen a lot and it really will last about 24 hours and then I'm better.

Well today was one of those days. And for the first time, I thought I'd share with you some of my randomness.

>I defy you to listen to the song, '1, 2, 3, 4' by this AMAZING artist named Feist and not start walking to the catchy beat. It's simply impossible. I actually read this random thought from an old friend of mine's blog, but the song came on at work tonight and realized he was TOTALLY right.

>Hats off to the biker I saw when driving back from a nearby city earlier today. He had NO arms. At all. They were just not there. And yet he's able to firstly, get ON the bike, and secondly STAY on the bike. I also said a tiny little prayer that he never falls off because that would GOTTA hurt.

>I like boys who wear jewelry....Like hemp stuff or shells or chains or the like. I don't know why but combine those with a good tan, it can transform just about ANY guy into a HOT guy.

>On the topic of men, men who sing to me are doubly hot. My man (or whatever he is to me right now) hadn't sang to me in a long time...and he did the other day. Which made me feel really good. But if you sing to me, I will melt. Guaranteed. I love me a man that can sing.

>I don't know how we (and when I say 'we' I mean 'me') ever got anything done before Google. I use it every damn day.

>The Pillsbury dough boy thing is frightening and should be put to sleep.

>I would eat more rutabagas if their name didn't make me giggle and I would eat more dragonfruit if I wasn't afraid it would set me on fire.

>Did you know that you would be able to lose 4 pints of blood before it would kill you? Friggin creepy.

>I've officially decided to move to Chicago next year when I pass the licensing boards for my pharmacy tech license. It really is an amazing city all around. I wanted to go this year. And I will soon have a career that can take me just about anywhere....well take me to Chicago. I can't wait. I have family and friends that live in the city and it really feels like I am meant to be there.

>...and BOOM goes the dynamite.

This is seriously a BRIEF sampling. But I need to put this scatterbrained unfocused head to bed. Heh I rhymed.

Hey July,

Nice entry! As to the Pillbury Doughboy-I heard he died...of a yeast infection! But, will he rise again?

Have a good day!
